Director Kieran Ellis-Jones has been a freelance film maker for 5 years, in that time doing extensive work with various corporate bodies including Arts SA, Music SA, Uni SA and Northpoint Toyota. He has also had various published works displayed by Faster Louder, Rip It Up, AU Review, P-Zine and Timber and Steel. Worked within the festival circuits including Big Day Out, Laneway, Womadelaide, Adelaide International Guitar Festival, Adelaide Cabaret Festival and Adelaide Festival Centres “Sessions”.
Some personal achievements include having his feature length documentary “6 on the St” nominated for “Innovation in digital media” and “Best feature film” at the 2012 SASA Awards, Your Take Session with artist Passenger amassing over 4 million youtube views to date, Your Take Session with Katie Noonan played at a public coversation attended by the Dalai Lama, and receiving a letter of support from french film company and personal idols La Blogotheque.
